Who is Payton's Girlfriend?

In 2019, there were rumors that Payton was having a secret romantic relationship with TikTok star Avani Gregg. As per sources, they met at a Video Conference in 2019 and from there they started creating a bond. Avani created a lot of videos with Payton and they both featured on each other’s social media handles frequently. However, during an Instagram Live, Payton cleared the rumors saying that they were just friends and nothing more than that.

Later, it was revealed that Avani was dating Anothony Reeves in 2020. In the same year, Payton released his debut single, Love Letter, and confessed that he had a little relationship with this girl and things ended up on a not so good note. He made the song to give closure to himself as he was invested in her a lot and the relationship ended without any closure. At that point, he did not reveal the identity of the girl.

In 2021, as per sources, Payton dated content creator Cierra Birdsong and during an interview with Hollywire, he revealed how he met her. They created a lot of videos together, however, the reason behind their split has not been revealed yet.
