Morgan Wallen & Kalie Shorr Rock BMIs Rooftop On The Row with Special Performance Celeb
One thing we love about summers in Nashville is experiencing some of Music City’s greatest live under the sun.
Last night, CS Country headed over to BMI for their Rooftop On The Row concert series and it was probably one of our top ten favorite shows we’ve seen all season. Why? Because it featured none other than country breakouts Morgan Wallen and Kalie Shorr!
In between snacking on some treats from Texas Roadhouse while sipping on George Dickel whisky, Shorr treated us with some originals and fun covers including Dua Lipa‘s “IDGAF!.” The night wouldn’t have been complete if she didn’t preach how important it is to “Fight Like a Girl,” which is super inspiring to women not only in music, but all over the world.
Following Shorr, the man of the hour Morgan Wallen hit the stage rocking his Billy Ray Cyrus-style mullet. Slaying in every way possible, the country crooner performed his smash hit “Up Down,” fan favorite “Little Rain,” and his brand-new single “Whiskey Glasses.” He even threw it back to the 90s for a little bit by playing covers of his favorite songs from the decade. It clearly was a hit with the audience, as everyone was singing and dancing along!
Last night’s Rooftop on the Row was the best way to showcase Wallen and Shorr, who are big artists to watch this year and many years to come.
